Nope, you’re taking hyperbole out of context & not engaging the point.
Which is that no amount of private authority empowers retaliation where it has been restrained by a court… nor does it empower defying a court order… nor does it protect you from lawsuits over selective enforcement.
Kiwi is acting like the fact the SEC can vote on stuff is some sort of unassailable gavel, when there is a 100% guarantee of immediate litigation if the conference votes LSU out for the reasons they have publicly indicated.
