So a team that doesn't win its division deserves a shot?
Let's reverse the situation...if LSU loses in the same manner and that's their only loss, would they deserve to play for the national championship?

Of course. The two best teams should play. Why is that so horrible? Pre-BCS, 96 I believe, FSU beat Florida, they played again in Bowl Game. What's the big freaking deal to LSU fans? We're obviously the 2nd best team. Let us play. It's almost like you're worried and you want an easy path to a NC... Yeah, we already played. You won. Congratulations. That's called the REGULAR season. But for the BCSNC you have to play the 2nd best team. And that's Bama. End of story.
Rematch aside, everything aside, at the end of the day it should be the two best teams playing for a title.

They already played. Bama couldn't get it done. If they would have won, they would be going to ATL and then the MNC and LSU would be on the outside looking in. Really not that hard to understand.

So you would bet on Okie St over Bama in a head-to-head? Remember Bama and LSU have nearly IDENTICAL results against common opponents. Bama and LSU played just about the tightest game imaginable. The difference was so minute. If a team is better than Bama, then that means they're probably better than LSU too. And I know you don't think that.

I'm not scared, I'm not concerned, and in fact kind of looking forward to the matchup with Bama.
But if there's anything that I hate about Bama fans, is that your fanbase jumps to conclusions quick on a particular topic and is relentless to the death about it.
You came out with "LSU fans are scared" the Sunday after we beat you, after BCS rankings came out. Keyword there, after. Because you were devistated the next morning and there were very little Bama fans on here with anything to say other than good game. Then the rankings come out, and the "LSU fans are scared" came out right after. It's a fantasy that makes it easier to deal with the fact that you lost the game of the century in Tuscaloosa. It's easier to act all big and bad arse and accuse LSU of being scared rather than being a real man and admitting that LSU is the better team and proved it on the field and scoreboard.
But try and get a Bama male to be a man when it comes to football - that's a tall order. You all turn into a bunch of bitchy females when it comes to that.
