is a crappy WR coach..
No development in our WR after Monken's departure.
We need an upgrade here.
Of course part of the problem is Crowton's scheme requiring WR to make appropriate reads. That's why we aren't open at times and why our QB's throw to vacant spaces.

maybe we could hire monken back or the jags will suck and they all get fired. also, wasnt tyke tolbert a candidate when we hired mccarthy? i think he would be a solid choice
