First time I heard it: My friend told me his dad heard on some Baton Rouge sports radio show that LSU was in talks with Rice, and that things sounded promising. I sported a chubby for days until I found out otherwise. I didn't know of any sources to verify this information, so I ignorantly believed it.

I think McCarthy has done a pretty good job as WR coach. Lafell and Toliver are the best receiving duo in the entire league. If anyone gets fired, coach Stud should be the first position coach to go IMHO. I think the past several years of great o-line play will save him though.

rumblings on the airwaves in bham today seem to indicate that Trooper is causing some racial division on the Auburn team...
