Yeah, I really don't care what the refs did or did not do. If you are dumb enough to call for a fake punt in that situation you deserve to lose the game.

Somebody put a sock in CBS's mouth with this both teams should be in the playoffs nonsense. If you are not the best team in your conference you shouldn't be in the playoffs (unless they expand to eight teams).

Poor Decision making.
Should have planned for two plays when they were 3rd & 11. Made 4th down manageable. You knew at that point, if Saban has the ball with 3 minutes and a chance to win, he would.
But Fake punt, or whatever that what was on 4th & 11? Just Dumb.

Wash your mouth out! Don't you remember Saban lobbying to be in the national championship picture, not once, but twice when his team didn't win the SEC championship? He was on all the networks and all the pundits slobberingly created the "eye test" exclusively for Alabama.
