Numbers crunch. He got offered a decent amount after being told might be best to move on since we had too many on the roster.

Gervase had a spot on this roster. He was our most consistent pitcher by far.

It’s like these kids actually think teams are going to invest time in them.If you aren’t a top prospect they aren’t throwing resources at you,if you make it you make it and if not no skin off their backs they paid you peanuts.I guess we got kids from high school we weren’t suppose to get because of the draft so we can’t be too upset

This may be the dumbest thing I read all day. Gervase 100% had a spot on next year’s team. You don’t kick your closer, who had a great season, to the curb for some other guy.
