That would be fine if it was an accurate description of what this thread is about. Many posters aren’t simply pointing out weaknesses in the team, they are doom and gloom every other play. Many on here are reactionary and have the emotional maturity of 5 year olds. The season is over and the coaches need to be replaced every other inning. They have no sense that this is college baseball and every team has issues to work through

This is where miserable LSU fans come to vent their unnecessary frustrations.
There is an unhealthy amount of people on this board that does not understand the game of baseball. They think since LSU is a top ten team that they should absolutely destroy any team that is not ranked like its football and that’s just not how it works in baseball.
#1 Tennessee had to come from behind late to beat an unranked South Carolina team with a record on par with Miss St. but you won’t hear anybody on here dogging Tennessee for barely beating an average unranked team like they would LSU.

Not too great so far. Currently a 17-11 overall record and 1-7 in conference I believe or close to that.

So you are one of the ones that gripe about every little thing that goes wrong during a game?

It’s the rant. We have a great team, but we definitely have some warts on day three right now.
Happy talk is great. But if you can’t acknowledge problems that have, and will cost the team winnable games, then whats the point of having a comment board.

Someone would still be complaining that we didn't get enough young guys developed.

I think everyone here knows in the back of their head when LSU hits the meat of the SEC schedule what we have coming out of the pen right now is not good enough as you saw last week against a better SEC team.
Pitching needs to get better and if it does, this team might be special.

7-2 and feeling good. I think we all realize, including Jay, if Casan comes in game 2 of Texas we win that series.

This board is filled with miserable pussies
There certainly are many negative oriented CAW's (Complain-A-Whiners) on here that dig deep and find the most negative aspect of every Tiger victory in every Sport, but they're pale in comparison to the Pump Nut Cheerleader MA numbers.
All these "Lumps" (LSU version of an Alabama Gump) are non-competive individuals that have never actually played any team sports at any level. They're latched on to LSU (Like Gumps have to Bama) and are wretched excess gung ho in support of their adopted team. W's and L's don't matter either, just tow the company line and name call all those that they disagree with.
They're actually much more "Tortured" and truly "Miserable" than the CAW's.

LSU’s two sweeps were at home against two teams who have 1 win total in the two series they played outside of LSU. In those series and against Texas, LSU has proven to have only two reliable bullpen arms and two starting pitchers who can’t get to the 7th inning. It’s not a recipe for long term success against good teams.
The bullpen may improve, but the skepticism and concern are completely valid.

How many pitchers in the country routinely get to the 7th inning?
