By the way, your statement is a straw man since even those of us who "mourn the loss" of Miles believe that it was time for him to go.

I don't know we traveled to Dallas pretty well I thought. we were going to travel well to houston for the BYU game but that got moved

But why
Some locals told us to head there for great food. The bratwurst was excellent. The death metal was some unexpected lagniappe.

I call BS on this. You say it was time for him to go only because to say otherwise is politically incorrect and makes you look like a Miles nutsucker.
Your not fooling anyone. If you had your way, Miles would still be carousing the sidelines again eating grass and fking up the clock management.

Wow, so much bitterness for a guy who gave LSU its most sustained eleven years of success in our history.

You must be one of those miserable fricks Ree is always talking about.
It was time for Les to go. How else could we make room for O and E to make LSU great again.

Sarcasm noted and proof positive that your dickriding for Miles never went away.
You can admit it....everyone knows you're a fking snowflake anyway.

I suspect the opener at Texas will be well attended, of course since I am already signed up.

that was the biggest let ever! the whole season was ruined after that game. then after the Auburn debacle miles had to be fired.

I don't know who Miles was gonna replace Harris with during the 2015 season. Who would have been your choice? Brandon Bergeron - Junior Jake Clise - Sophomore Anthony Jennings - Junior

Brandon Bergeron - Junior

Brad Kragthorpe - Senior
Trey LaForge - Freshman
Caleb Lewis - Freshman
Justin McMillan - Freshman
Tiger Scheyd - Freshman
All of the above. Frankly he should never have been higher on the depth chart than the guys who left over the Summer.

Before you say Danny Etling, remember he wasn't eligible to play during the 2015 season due to transfer rules. And, according to reports, he had back issues before the Wisconsin game.

It's "you're", and I don't care what you say, it was time for him to go. However, you're correct in that if I had a choice between Miles and O, I would take Miles.

Man, Les is gone three years. Its time you got over him and joined the rest of us in our celebration of the greatness that is O and E.

How about listing some of these strengths Jennings possessed. I'm not knocking the young man but I really would like to know what you're referring too.
These are both guys stats at LSU
CMP ATT PCT YARDS TD INT RATE GAMES PLAYED
Jennings: 124 256 48.4 1792 12 8 116.5 22 games
Harris: 187 347 53.9 2756 20 10 133.9 22 games
I'm not propping either guy up, or knocking either guy. I'm just showing the stats they complied while there were at LSU.
In my opinion, both Jennings and Harris had moments of brilliance and played good games at times. They also both played poorly at times.
The thing I find funny is the people that look back on the Wisconsin and rag all over Miles decision to start a QB who had started every game from the 2015 season, and now call it a bad decision and swear to high heaven that they would have started X player or Y player.

Good for you. Perhaps you should submit your resume to Alleva to be the next QB coach. Sounds like you got it all figured out.

Weird how differently people can look at the same things and have totally different opinions.
Harris looks to have progressively gotten worse throughout his career. LSU ranked 108th and 109th in passing in 2014 and 2015

I agree roger, it is strange. I just happen to personally think that a freshman playing in his third game of his college career and having a line of 6 of 9, 148 yards and 2 TDs is pretty decent.
Or 11 of 14 for 178 yards and 3 TDs is pretty damn good as well. Now, not all the competition is top notch teams, but that's pretty good stats either way. Both of these games were in 2014 by the way.
In 2015, Harris had a 18 of 28 for 228 yards and 2 TDs against South Carolina. He also had a game against Florida where he was 13 of 19 for 202 yards and 2 TDs.
He had a few other games that weren't too bad, especially when you take into account how much LSU has struggled with QBs the past 6 or 7 years.
Perhaps brilliance was a bit over the top, I know how some of you guys like to trash the players as often as possible.
But in my opinion, both Harris and Jennings player well at times. their problems were they weren't consistent.

But not brilliant.
Both careers were a downward trajectory. If you can't remember, it's basically what cost Miles and Cam their jobs
You can't fail at passing the football effectively for over two years and survive.
If LSU drops three straight in November, Burrow has a Harris type season, and loses the first game next year, Orgeron will not survive either
