Can we just agree miles is playing JJ because he is his pet or favorite. Thought he played good by the way.

I wouldn't be surprised, but he has been good since he became the starter again. As far as this is concerned, I feel the jury is still out. He'll need to put up solid numbers and a W against Arky for me to be sold.

saying Jefferson is his "pet" makes it sounds like he shouldn't be playing but Miles likes him better. I think that Jefferson just brings more to the position than Lee. It's nice to have the 2 to use tho.

He is white and can't run, so obviously he doesn't give the offense the added dimension that these retarded arse announcers keep talking about

Or......

Miles is paid to win games. And we are a better, more explosive team with JJ.

Against WKU and Ole Miss, sure. You'd swear LSU didn't win games this season until JJ was reinstated with the way some people talk. If JJ can torch Arky, I'll be sold.

I think some kind of way JJ is Les's son. He is adequate but not miles above Jl. Both make 1 good QB.

It is obvious to me that it's JJ's team. There is nothing else to say.

this argument has grown old. jj is playing at a very high level. his maturity has a qb has to be recognized and commended.

Amazing how people discount that we would not have won the Alabama game without Jefferson.

Do you know that for sure? JJ did okay when he came in against Bama.

WKU AND OLE PISS

Quit being retards, Lee played very well against ranked teams and directed a very potent offense. If JJ plays really well against Arky that will be a different story.

No. I can agree that Miles (and he is paid for this, mind you) is making the decision about which QB should play based on his opinion of who gives our team the best opportunity for victory. I do not think these words are spin when Miles says them.

I cannot say that either Lee or Jefferson is an outstanding QB. They are, however, our QBs and I support the entire team and its members as they strive for victory.

I'd rather a time consuming ground game vs aerial assault against Arky.

This is the best paragraph in this thread thusfar. I agree completely with you. I want the kid who gives us the best chance to win to play the majority of the snaps.

I think that people pointing to solid if not spectacular play against Ole Miss & downright inconsistent play against Western Kentucky as a validation of Miles' decision is premature, at best.

Arkansas will be the true test. If he passes, then I'll be sold. If we stumble between now & the national title, then Miles enters a crucible of critical questions the likes of which very few-if any-coaches have ever seen or experienced before.

But, we looked outstanding last night. I've heard at least three different rumors, from academics to attendance to trust regarding this ascension of Jefferson/stumbling on the part of Lee, however you want to put it.

I feel lucky that we have two kids that can get the job done, and I feel even more lucky that we have a team of playmakers & athletes around them that can build them up.

Can we just agree that you're a whiny ball of hate and are overlooking the fact that we're 11-0 and making this season our bitch?

ETA: One day when you're 40, you'll look back at this time and remember how during LSU's championship run and all you cared about was which player was playing QB. You'll look at your fat wife and you shitty, stupid kids and think, "If I could only be back in 2011 I would do it all differently."
