Hmmm. High horse? Because I haven't been stupid enough to drive drunk? No.
And just because I am aware of the law (which by the way, even if he wasn't "drunk" and was simply over the limit, that would make him even more of an idiot), doesn't mean I am a bible thumper. I do believe in God, but in no way does that make me better than anyone, anywhere.
These things are simply my opinion on someone who is extremely talented being dumb enough to get behind the wheel, or anyone at all for that matter. I never have because it is STUPID. It doesn't take being on a "high horse" to realize that. Morons.

If you are going to drink, give your keys to someone who is not drinking. Don't risk your life or someone else's. Two beers might be enough to kill some innocent bystander. Why hurt somebody else ? People who drink and drive are stupid MOFO's.

I'm pretty sure one poster is, while the other obviously isn't.
Although I don't condone drinking and driving, I am guilty of it, and probably a majority of people who drink are too. I'm not going to be a hypocrite.

I'm pretty sure these guys are being sarcastic. Driving under the influence is dangerous (to oneself and others) and stupid, but come the frick on. It's a DUI. A lot of otherwise decent people have momentary lapses of judgment and drive when they've had one too many. If laws were as stringent in the 60s-80s as they are now, most of our fathers and uncles would have about 5 on their record. If someone gets multiple DUIs, screw em. But one? Jeez.
