Saban's teams had more swagger about them even during the early years. Miles players look lost and not well coached. At least with Saban's players they executed.

Talk about a NUT SUCKER!!! WOW!!

I didn't know 4-0 was different than 4-0. Saban has won 4 point games against teams that had no business being on the field with his team. 2004 Troy comes to mind...24-20

Ok . Thats fine. BUT tell IN ALL honesty that BAma wouldn't beat LSU by at least 3 td's RIGHT NOW!!!

I believe that 2004 was a lame-duck season for Saban.

Yup! do not count any season other than 2003 towards Saban's record.

If Saban really did not coach the team while looking for an NFL opportunity, what is the need to pine for him. That is, your coach willfully screwed you for his benefit, while cashing in his pay check.

They talk about women who go back to their abusers .. now if you excuse every negative during Saban's time .. you are no different.

Nick was hancuffing Jimbo the whole time. We should have blown out Oklahoma by 27 points.

All kidding aside, this thread does have me worried for two reasons (along with the last 4 games of course):

1) Songy is no doom and gloomer. He's an LSU guy and does seem to have some inside contacts. If he's expressing concern over Miles regarding the offensive play calling then I think it should be at least considered. (I say if because The Score's signal doesn't seem to reach the River Parishes hardly at all lately so I haven't listened to him much).

2) The fact that Peej is posting with a minimum of exclamation points and a minimum of ALLCAPS also gives me pause. If Peej is getting serious that says something right there.

You have got to stop obsessing about Saban. He's gone. He left on his own volition.

And Yes! Saban did not win all his games at LSU either.

Same thing here except I rarely listen to Songy. Hannagriff seemed pretty frustrated on the Eagle post game and he has usually been 'well they just have a tweak here and there'.

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SABAN OTHER THAN THE FACT THAT HE IS THE COACH.
