Van Horn had to be giddy when the game was moved to noon.

As long as schools were canceled, it’s all good

No it went north and killed a bunch of people in Mississippi. Total overreaction should’ve just risked it and put ten thousand people in open bleachers.

Bad weather? I don't think so. But there was spotty rain last night down the road from Alex Box from 7pm to 8pm when I was in the area. Not heavy rain, no thunder. But it would have been enough to have the fans leaving their seats.

I wasn’t trying to say LSU overreacted by moving the game to noon. The weather forecasters were doing the best they can and LSU did the right thing. You can’t wait until the last moment to move a game. Sometimes the weather forecasters are right and sometimes they are wrong. It’s a tough job.

I was just lamenting LSU’s bad luck that the weather did not materialize and the game could have started as scheduled.

It was the right call to move up. I know you don’t have the mental capacity to handle this truth.

It was raining around 7:00 so if they hadn't moved the game the start time would have been delayed.

There was a quick downpour at my house near LSU around 7:45 pm last night. Would have definitely stopped the game.

I don't see how the start time had anything to do with the outcome of the game. LSU was pressing at the plate. Would have only been amplified with a bigger crowd. The game was well attended for a noon first pitch and last minute change. Kudos to tiger fans.

The models were predicting this the night before. But go off I guess

Up here in West Monroe we were at a 7 on the torcon and 4 out of 5 on the tornado threat scale and it barely even rained. I was able to mow today (riding mower)with no issues.

But LSU did not have any bad luck, they fricked up several plays in the game, both offensively and defensively, and got their butts handed to them.

No. Thank God. Those poor people in Mississippi caught hell, though.
