Did anyone else notice looked like some LSU players were weak legged

Not all of them, but Naz and Skylar just looked like they didn't have full strength in their legs tonight. Sky looked awkward running down the court on one possession. Just looked like his legs were weak and stiff. Didn't run as fast as he usually does on a break with the ball in his hands.

Doing a 9-0 run by yourself in the final minutes of a game will do that to you!

Well both played more than 5 minutes above their per game average in a game that was pretty physical and playing a good portion of the 2nd half and OT in an extended defense that requires way more energy to run...so there’s that.

And for what it is worth, I think you are wrong. I saw no issues with their energy level. And both of these players never “look” fast on the court. In fact, they are probably 2 of the slower players on the team.

The play I was referring to was in the first few minutes of the game. After playing sports for a long time there's days where your body doesn't want to respond to what the brain is telling it to do. Vice versa, there's days you feel like you could play forever. It was just an observation that I was wondering if anyone else noticed the same thing.

I'm not referring to after the game. And I'm not talking about energy level. Muscles can be fatigued and the individual have tons of energy. I will take a page from the book of Gilda Radner and Rosanna Rosannadannaanna, LINK

Patently false. Mays has great straight line speed. Contrary to the OP, he ran down a full court loose ball with a 15-20’ mizzou handicap. Didn’t see weak legs in Mays at all, and he’s probably top 2-3 fastest on team in 94 feet.

I noticed our team struggling with an opponent that matched up pretty well against us. I didn’t notice any type of fatigue. In fact our guys played stronger towards the end of the game and OT

It may be the altitude in Columbia causing it.

Naz was out in front of almost every break last night, we just didn’t see him most of the time.

I didn’t know if you were talking about LSU players in the Pro Bowl, baseball players at FanDay or the game yesterday vs Mizzou.
