His family has money and his mother told a friend of mine who works in the Athletic Department that he is coming back to set some records and lead the Tigers.

but I honestly think Devin has different goals than being a top pick and a bunch of money. I don’t think it’ll be an easy decision for him.

Lol. So if he comes back his goals of being a top pick and make a bunch of money change? He’s a football player, he’s at LSU because he’s good at football, you know his name and care about his situation selfishly because he’s good at football, he should go to where all the other good football players go (NFL) after they leave the other place where the good football players go(LSU) and get paid to do it. I can’t believe this is a debate on this board.

If he comes back, he should negotiate a Wild White goal line package with O.

A bunch of losers debating this means nothing. Devin White's opinion is the only one that matters. The rest of you GFY.

I wouldn't predict that.

But, I will say that he's the type of guy who MIGHT decide to do what he loves to do rather than go after the money today.

Devin White is going to go down as one of LSU's favorite sons. He'll be remembered forever.

I have an inside source, and it's my brain. It tells me that Devin White is a first round draft choice, and therefore, he will go pro. It could be wrong, but that's very unlikely.

I know he has horses and stuff, those aren’t cheap. Would make sense that his family has a good amount of money. He definitely doesn’t strike me as a guy who just does it for the money. He could care less. A tremendous person.

As a football and financial decision, Would be crazy not to go pro. He can’t better his stick. As a personal choice I think he is conflicted.

See the 2 returning senior d linemen for Clemson that were both projected to go in the first round this past year. They will still to go in the first round in this years draft.

They came back for unfinished business. I hope White comes back for that as well.

If he returned, I’d be on pins and needles hoping he didn’t get injured every game. That’s just too much stress. Hope he makes the right decision.

With that said, Unless your hanging on the couch for weeks with your church buddies, I don’t think sitting out of bowl games is any safer than playing in them.

I was recently asked to provide a link where a poster wanted a player to leave early.

Being lazy I had no desire to go back and find some examples ..... well I didn’t have to wait too long did I?

You people that pump this leave narrative are the fricking worst.

He's will get his degree before next season will even start. The people that want him to stay are only wanting him to play another season for free for their entertainment. You people are the worst.

He will be the literally done with the student part of being a student athlete.

He's put himself in a position to make millions in a sport where longevity is rare. He shouldn't waste another season playing for free.

This is a no-brainer.

If D. White returns, good thing he won't approach playing with this beta male, soy boy mentality that you have...

I love every single thing about Devin White. One of my favorite Tigers of all time. And I want him to go.

I would like to see him go pro also. I think he’s clearly primed for great things at the next level, and as just a fan I think it would be devastating if anything were to happen to derail that.

Never understood this. You do realize its rather easy to go back and get a degree after going pro

I’m selfish as I can be when it comes to this.

You should be too.
LSU having a better team bc of better players staying will bring you far more joy than any amount of money or success any former or current LSU player may have in the NFL.
You not ever going to see a cent of it.
