Bc this team is full of young players. They don't have the long term coach who has been there and done that before to lean on. (Not a coaching knock). They just had to realize that to win games, it comes from the players. No one will do it for you

I would think that the coaches should be calling them out and motivate them. I'm thinking thats why they are being payed 3.5, 1.8 and 1.5 million, but thats just me.
