Damm right he does. Build the team in the trenches and hire the best assistant coaches to coach them. Doing a hell of a job so far.

It's so easy. And yet only O and Alleva have figured it out!

Don't know about all that. but I know it is Coach Eaux's philosophy and it seems to be paying off. Sucks doesn't it?

Yes, meaning he has no idea what he is doing.

He couldnt get on page with his OC

He couldn't? Any proof of this, or are you making shite up?

Are you serious? Do you think its normal to have to have your AD schedule a meeting between two coaches to get on the same page? Coaches who make over a million dollars each. Its well documented they werent on the same page.

quote:

He labeled people out with injuries in his Monday press conference and then labeled them questionable on Thursday.

I can certainly understand why this would upset you. Ha Ha Ha Ha

quote:
Thats not how that works lol

Yes it is. That's why they instituted rules in the NFL about what their teams can do with declaring injuries and who will play.

Do you have any clue what you are talking about? You are as clueless as O. In the NFL he would have been fined for what he did. When a player is declared out, they officially cant play that week. There is no going back. Thats why in the NFL, coaches declare a player questionable until they HAVE to make a decision. Orgeron has 0 clue what he is doing so he declares a player out, then Questionable on Thursday. Exact opposite of NFL rules. Shows he has no clue whats going on.

I just don't agree with any of your idiotic shite being a red flag.

Keep pumping that sunshine chief. Orgeron was a star this year!!!!

And?

He had his team ready to play. The SOS was not shite and the schedule was predetermined prior to start of the season. He won 9 games, white glove them all you want but he still won them.

Which makes the losses even more unforgivable.
Wins and losses are results of a game being played, honey. I can forgive them because I have Jesus on my side and he told me to. It's lonely world without forgiveness. Two of losses thru 5 games for an unhealthy, inexperienced team is forgivable, sugar.

I would like to separate something alright. I would like you to know that I have put ample thought into my stance and that I consider my ideals are somewhat sober and concise. I do wear Corch O pajamas to bed but that doesn't make you better than me. It just makes you guy, or a girl, that hits the submit button to some shitty posts and takes on a message forum. (yes, I have seen your work and enough of it)

You be you, bro. Shitty takes are shitty! But you're not better than me though... You're missing a frickin' "U" in your handle, for Christ's sake.

I have given him plenty of credit for the positives. The fact that you cant see that he made mistakes is laughable.

I give the amount of credit that is earned. Auburn was a good win. The others were not. Much like O can't control who was on the schedule, I cannot control that most of our wins were against shite teams.

It's not, but thanks.

This was the worst the SEC has been in over a decade. 9 wins just isn't that impressive. It wasn't good enough for Miles, and I'm going to keep holding LSU to that standard.

And we lost those games "honey." Your condescension, while hilarious, is noted.

It does? When has O nailed down 1 offensive philosophy and vision that he has for the program? He's been quoted saying both that he'd like to go to a modern spread as well as going with a pro style like what was run at USC. He hired a guy that doesn't really run either of those. I'm just trying to figure out exactly what philosophy or vision O has for the program going forward.

I said Eaux's philosophy is like Saban's. Build a big athletic line and have big RB's to pound the ball. The motions and shifts LSU runs now has not drastically changed the LSU offense. It is a run first offense as it has been for years.

We're simply reaching logical conclusions based on the evidence. We know Orgeron tampered with (as you astutely pointed out) the offense of a Broyles award finalist. What qualifies him to do that when he's never coached that side of the ball?

The simplest, most logical explanation is that he disagreed with the way the offense was being run. If the point was to cut down on penalties then why stop at halftime? By going back to Canada's way we were risking more penalties, right?

My explanation makes sense and yours just raises more questions.

It almost seems that to point out where Coach Orgeron has had success, and where this team had success this past season is enough to enrage the ContraO crowd. It's sad for LSU football.

Yeah. People who don't think O is a mindless idiot running the program into the gutter are pushed into the "one of us" pro-Orgeron crowd.

There are far more stubborn Orgeron haters on this board than there are "one of us" posters.

That's strictly speaking to this board, not necessarily IRL.
