The fact that we have a bye week helps this too. More time till the game. This will be the biggest game of the year, so avoiding the topic for the next week and a half will be impossible.

I got halfway through typing up a memo explaining why you're wrong, the ins-and-outs of personal jurisdiction, the minimum amount in controversy requirement for Federal diversity jurisdiction...but it's Friday and you're probably a 2L or something so I'm going to let it go.

I’ve been thinking an injunction also. I feel like the SEC is holding him illegally against his own will out of a very relevant game . At least it would buy some time and let him sit out at a different game .

The entire nation will be watching intently for crappy calls after this Devin White fiasco. If LSU loses on some awful penalty or no-call like usual, id expect 80,000 cups and water bottles on the field along with a few well placed Tide fans....
