1. That's dumb as hell for any person to do regardless of their occupation or age. But for an athlete who's entire life depends on his body and is on track to receive an 8 figure contract in a few months to be doing this... dumb as hell is a supreme understatement.

2. What happened to the whole "getting off of social media" thing?

ETA: and that caption is cringeworthy. "I won't get hurt so shhh"... I'm sure all ATV accidents begin with "I'm doing this because I will get hurt!"

Saw it on his snap earlier. Surprised it took this long to come out. I bet the guy on the back was shitting bricks.

That's great... regardless of his stature as an LSU football player, it's still really fricking stupid.

Ryan Perriloux was just "having fun" all those times back in the day. 2008 was miserable because we lost that one guy we really needed. Same would be said right now if he broke his tailbone right there, hypothetically.

With that said, I dont think its that big of a deal.

Has he ever had one of them fall on him?

Fun until that happens.

According to the Rant, our athletes must be perfect at all times. On or off the field. They can never be 18, 19,pr 20 yo kids.

There are some major pansies on this board. If him on an ATV scares you, you would have hated to see what he was doing for Thanksgiving weekend this past year.

Imagine him on a Gas Gas 300cc 2 stroke dirt bike. We race off-road all across the country and he showed up with a friends friend to ride with us. We were at Forest Hills riding the enduro trails and he came out of the motor home with sweats and a cap. I told him no way. You aren't going with us without a helmet, boots and a chest protector. I'm not going to tell a kid he can't enjoy life, but I'm not going to let him go do something that's dangerous without protective gear.

He's a young man who is really a kid at heart. He lives life to the fullest and wants to have fun. Yes, he could get hurt really bad riding, or he could have his career ended in a car wreck like Chad Jones and many others.

He learned it from Joe Kane. It's how he keeps his edge. Leave the boy alone unless you're betting your mortgage on LSU every gameday.
