By far the best game of the season!!! Defense was outstanding, but it was a great game in all phases.
If you are a Tiger fan you have to be extremely happy right now. And it's time to let up on the coaching. I certainly do my share of bitching & complaining, but the game was very well coached and the players excecuted as planned/taught. Coaches are back on the attaboy list until the next clock mismanagement issue (hopefully there won't be one).
Tigers will kick major pig butt, then play in a decent bowl game. Enjoy the ride!!!
Congrats Tigers!!!!

I agree with all of that, except one coach still needs to go, and that is Stud. Our offensive line is still a problem. Yesterday, it was all of the penalties. No discipline. I have said for years we need a new offensive line coach, and I stand by that still!

I agree. Miles should give him an over/under for oline penalties in 2014. If he goes over, he's gone.

The tackling was great yesterday, and the defense played with discipline.

I think Sumlin and JF are going to look at that film and say, "We had the best WR in college singled up by a much smaller man. Sure, RR played gamely, but we should have thrown five deep balls to Evans."

Not to bash on a great game. The secondary played outstanding and covered well with one on one assignments. Got burnt twice (slipped also), but that can be expected with the aggressive scheme the Chief implemented. I know Johnny Football is crafty, but man did Welter and the DEs get burnt trying to contain him! He was able to scramble but couldn't find any open receivers. When they were open, Johnny Boy missed them. I think our defense did play very well, however,I also think Johnny Football laid an egg.
