What’s the point of a scheme that doesn’t work?

Our offense isn’t good.

We still rely heavily on big plays.

Baskerville had Scarlett in the hole at least 4 times on third and short and missed every time in the second half. The scheme worked the player just didn't make the play.

And that responsibility comes down to Aranda.

So you're saying you'd rather Cam Cameron come back with Brandon Harris than keep Burrow with Ensminger?

Are you seriously saying that?

I cant keep up with all the people I'm arguing with so excuse me if you're not the guy saying a Les Miles offense is better.

Are yall seriously trying to act like our offense beating Floridas defense is comparable to Floridas offense beating our defense?

We're supposed to have the "elite" defense. The "2011 good" defense.

I'm not supposed to expect our defense to shut down FELIPE frickING FRANKS WITH THE GAME ON THE LINE?

I used to be the same way, I would never say a SINGLE bad word about Aranda. Hes the only good thing we have coaching staff wise.

He had a bad game.

Yup. Grantham out coached Aranda yesterday. Grantham knew he had to bring pressure to win this game and he did. Aranda played timid.

He was saying it was ranked higher, which it was, that’s a simple fact you don’t want to accept that so you are dismissing it because Miles and Cameron recruited and signed a generational talent in Fournette.

That doesn’t mean anyone wants that offense to return, quite the opposite actually we wanted the offense to evolve and instead we are seeing something very similar, some better patterns in the passing game perhaps but nothing special

If you dont see our offense executes worlds better through the air than it has in previous years then you're either not being honest with yourself or just dont watch that much LSU football.

That's all it comes down to.

I want the better offense, whatever that is. You apparently want the worse offense.

You're not making any sense. Theory is bullshite if you can't apply it to real world situations.

So Fournette being our running back doesnt contribute to our offensive numbers being better than with Brossette and CEH? Fournette happened to come out of high school into college when Miles was our coach.

If Fournette was on our team right now with the way our offense is throwing the ball through the air we would have the best offense since 2nd year Mettenberger. Maybe even better.

I just cant see how yall dont see that our offense is making strides. Go back ONE WEEK on this board and we have the best offense we've had in decades.

Now that our defense doesnt get the job done our offense is now trash again. Some of yall are more temeperental than a woman on the rag.

You my friend are a moron and a troll! It wasn’t his best game but we did hold them to 20. he’s amazing and likely the best coach we have.

Wait seriously? 300 yards of total offense and could only manage 14 points and the offense played well?

Holy frick

So Fournette and Guice being on that offense doesnt skew this argument just a tad? You're being incredibly short sighted.

We have a 4th year transfer QB not a true sophomore who kinda sucks.

And we’re throwing about 30 more yards per game.

Worlds

Numbers don’t lie

Yessir. Had the lead late in the game and the defense let's the vaunted high flying Florida Gator offense go right down the field like we weren't even there. Aranda not blitzing hardly ever, weak defensive line, and being unprepared on defense lost us that game.

I don't know why you think repeating this helps the point you're trying to make.

It doesn't skew anything. Les Miles consistently got those high quality players at the RB position. O can't get those type of players.
