Not sure if legit. For comparison's sake, only seven players ran faster than 4.39 at this year's NFL combine. The fastest LB time was 4.47.
Regardless, he's damn fast. And he's making himself a lot of money.

I think it is pretty close, even if hand-timed. I recall one play in a game where he and at least one of the DBs were trying to catch an opposing player from behind. Debo was faster than the DB. Both players were trying hard; the DB was one of our better DBs who is not slow.

Somebody has to know how they are timed. I can't see major outlets reporting hand times to 1/100 a second, but thats why I'm asking. Impressive feet either way
