Can kiss my A...

Article on TB saying that 5 if not more of our 8 SEC games will be during the day

And the more we win the better chance more are scheduled during the day

It's been that way for the last several years.

That always sucks but the price of a successful program. ESPN is pretty good about keeping them around 7 pm kick off.

I hate CBS. I also hate their day games they force on us. It takes away from tailgating and Tiger Stadium at night. I hope we don't get stuck with a bunch of day games... Hopefully all the good games will be at night.

Here are your two options:

(A) Have a losing program and get to play every
game at night because you aren't on TV or
are 3rd or 4th choice of the networks

OR

(B) Have a winning program that regularly gets
selected for the top game of the week
(i.e. the CBS 2:30 game)

For the record, I hate day games also. My seats are on the East side, so the sun is directly in my face all game long. But I'll live with that if "day games" mean that LSU is a major TV draw.

This isn't the 60's, 70's 80's. TV tells you the kickoff time and the teams just have to deal with it.

TV is where the money is, but this shite sucks. This is messing with LSU tradition of playing games at night in Tiger Stadium. CBS can suck it.

I always thought cbs's game of the week was during primetime

Did they change this?

That doesn't mean 5 HOME games. 4 SEC games are on the road (Vandy, FL, Auburn, and Ark) and all of those will most likely be day games. That only leaves 1 SEC home game during the day. I'll take that.

If I have to choose between tradition and a winning program, I choose winning program. And guess what, winning programs usually leads to traditions, not the other way round (well except for may be Ole Miss).

Those who are complaining either do not have any thing better to do or are not grounded in reality (or perhaps both).

How long have you been watching SEC football? It's been at 2:30 for at least 10 years. There is one 7:00 pm SEC reg season game each year on CBS

I don't see LSU and UF being a day game personally... or the Bama game either. Possibly the Auburn game either... I know WV and UNC is stated to be night games so if all those games stay night games I wouldn't care if the others were day games I guess.

At Vandy - either 11:20 on SECTV or night game on Fox Sports

Moo U - either 11:20 on SECTV or night game on Fox Sports

WVU - CBS has shown interest, but you also have Bama @ Arkansas. we will likely have ESPN night game

Tenn - will be day game on CBS. Double header day and they have already said they are showing Bama/UF in primetime

At UF - no doubt CBS

At Auburn - same weekend as UT/Bama, so maybe we slide to ESPN

Bama - no doubt CBS

Ole Miss - most likely CBS

At Arksansas- with florida at florida st. this year, our game will be targeted by CBS

We will most likely have only one home conference game at night and that's 50/50(Moo U.)

The WV game I have seen around the net it's at 7:30 and I don't see our games with Bama and UF as day games... Those are prime time games.

Sorry. The SEC, CBS, etc. don't exist solely to cater to your tailgating schedule.

Give me all 2:30 games later in the year when it gets colder.
