There is no such thing as "Associate Head Coach". It's a bullshite title. The proof is in your question. Of course O is not getting Aranda's input. And do you remember when O said, "I'm the head coach. We'll do what I want."? He did not say, "We're the head coach team. We'll do what me and the Assistant Head Coach want."
