I hate to hear this. I thought he'd make a good player in Wade's system. But, Wade may need the space for another player. I know Quinones is very interested in LSU and from what I've heard Watford is all LSU. There's only 3 certain scholarships after this season, LSU signed 2 already, so if Waters or Reid don't go pro, Wade won't have room but for 1 more player. Also, maybe Kingsby hasn't been the player Wade thought he'd be. I guess Cooper has been doing well in practice and also Hyatt, if they aren't I'm sure they'd be moving on too.

It would make sense if he left NOW. But leaving after the spring, when his medical issues should be resolved, are moronic.
Also, he is a junior and just burned his redshirt. So if he transfers, he will have to sit out a year and only have one year left to play. (unless he gets some kind of waiver, which I don't see how he would, or transfers to DII)

Danya has a medical issue and hasn’t been cleared. It’s best for both sides. He’s been a classy young man through a difficult time. Wish him the best

Wish him the best too! Sometimes we take a job and we realize later we made a mistake and the same goes for high school athletes. Good luck Danya!
