They were speedy enough to beat Alabama's arse last year. I see no difference this year. That dude is an inbreed

"I'm slow...so it is that much more embarrassing to you when I truck your arse!"

Danielson is a moron. Ford and Gore could run with or outrun McCaleb from Auburn, LaMichael from Oregon, any back from Bama, etc..Who cares anyway? I am confident that if Ware gets to the open field, he will find a way to the end zone.

Where did he go to high school again?
That's ridiculous. I was 145 when I graduated! Why couldn't I "Mature" physically earlier?

In second half all of our backs will seem like speed backs to the Oregon D as they will be worn down.

I really don't think Gore is a speed back. Especially for his size. He might have great acceleration and agility but I doubt he is a 4.4 burner type.
I've always saw Gore as a RB more about his quickness.
I think Ford reportedly ran a 4.4 at a LSU camp in HS.

Take your pick. An SEC back like Trent Richarson or Lattimore or a PAC Ten back like LeMichael James. One is a third down back and the other 2 are every down backs. My preference are the SEC backs. Speed plus power. PAC Ten is only speed and not much power. The draft will show this.

and bama is loaded with speedy backs

Ford is faster than Gore. I guess if by speedy RB you mean top of the line acceleration, then Gore fits the bill. If by speedy you mean can outrun safeties, than Ford fits the bill. Either way its inaccurate. Danielson must be defining the LSU RBs by Ware alone, or he is thinking about Blue being 1b at RB, when that is more likely to be Ford.

Who cares? Against Or I would rather see 6-7 minute drives. Keep them off the field.

Ware looked plenty fast vs aTm

Obviously Trent richardson and mark Ingram are scat backs.

Considering Mark Ingram is playing for the Saints now I don't think you can consider him an Alabama back. However, after Camgate anything is possible in the state of Alabama

Ford was a 10.5 guy. So yeah, I'd say he has some wheels. He ran a 10.4 his sophomore year.
