he was talking about our offensive coaches screaming for a TO bc MSU had changed their defense after we audibled...we called it bc play clock was expiring

He does not know his stuff, but he sure talks like he knows it all. & What was up with the multiple cracks at 5'9" Matt Barrie during the broadcast? Maybe there's some context that idk about, but sure made orlovsky sound like a jerk

He said stupid shite all game, but the topper would be defending Leach's decision to challenge the onside kick call when the challenge was utterly retarded and ended the game. State could've gotten the ball back with 10 or 20 secs if Leach doesn't burn that TO.

I have tried turning down the TV sound and syncing up the radio broadcast. Things I've noticed:
1, Doug Moreau is a great guy and an LSU legend but he needs to hang it up. His "analyses" add little, if any, to the radio description.
2, Gordy Rush, on the other hand, needs to get up to the booth and comment after each play. He has a better grasp of what's going on than any of them.
3, I love Chris Blair's voice and there's a lot he does well. But he could use a better spotter, because he often misses on identifying tacklers and who missed/threw the block.
Thanks to Sirius/XM radio, we can hear all of the SEC radio crews, and there are a lot of goobers doing the sidekick commentaries. Doug is no worse. But LSU could do better. That's why I'd like to hear Gordy in the booth and maybe Jacob Hester from the sideline.
Just my opinion.

To me, he seems to throw out unusual opinions simply for the sake of being contrarian...Go back and count how many times the pbp man gives him a ?Really? after he says something. I didn't think he was necessarily anti-LSU, but just tended toward diarrhea of the mouth a bit.
