Saban would rip his dick off for making this comment, then make him watch film showcasing all his mistakes, and bench him.

O is showing too much loyalty to him because he's a senior and #18. Get somebody else out there

Him not having self-awareness is very concerning, especially him being a captain. What all the players have said this week in pressers has me more concerned than ever about the locker room and culture.

Like are the coaches telling him he had a great game? Where is the coaching, accountability, the leadership?

Looks like Tarzan, doen't play like Jane because Jane would be a better linebacker.

In your gif Clark is being engaged by a lineman. What exactly do you want him to do? That is excellent run blocking scheme

People are shitting on Clark because he is one of the few names they recognize(similar to stingley). They guy had 10 solo tackles. Like every other middle linebacker sure he got sucked up a few times, but people are being ridiculous

Not high 5 their rb and congratulate him on an awesome run on the sideline. I dunno, maybe knock his arse out of the game vs letting him run for 6 more yards. Things linebackers and typical defense do. Hit vs slap hands

Lol he made it a great run blocking scheme. First off, he should have shot the whole and not just wait for the lineman to work his way to him. Second off, he made zero effort to get off the block and make the tackle.

Dude he has played like shite for 11 games now. 10 solo tackles is a useless metric when it's all after 10-yard gains. Nobody is being ridiculous, it is very obvious to anybody who knows and played football that he doesn't have the instincts or aggression to play MLB for LSU. People are just simply calling it out.

He put his hand on the RB and the RB got another 7 yards. Did you see any effort to tackle him? Hell he could have even tried to grab him. It's like he thought he could push him out of bounds or something or like they are playing ONE hand touch football.

Even if you don't count the tackles on plays 10+ yards, Clark still easily surpasses the total for any other player.

(It's an extremely dumb premise, though. One, it discounts Clark's speed and effort to make those tackles. Two, if he doesn't make those plays, we're talking about even more yards gained.)

The exact numbers are in the Play by Play report in the Box Score. It starts on Page 8. Clark was in on 9 tackles on plays under 10 yards (4, 0, 1, 0, 4, 5, 3, 5, 3).

I don't think the #18 tradition will ever die, but O has made a joke out of it.
Giving it to O-lineman & punters
Multiple guys wearing 18

Hopefully the next coach will bring some respect back to selecting the most deserving player.

Man, if you really Clark has played even average linebacker the last 2 years there is no changing your mind. He simply hasn't. He has been really really bad.

He’s gonna make a lot more clips of him playing the wrong gap, not even trying to shed blockers, and having to run 30-50 yards to chase down the back? You think that makes him a good LB?

He’s definitely the right person to show that you know absolutely nothing about football. Thank you for this because now I know your opinion carries as far as Clark’s talent.

You've got a lot idiots here that'll join you in making Clark the scapegoat.
Your post was inaccurate and had an idiotic premise. Now, if you want to give him a fair critique on insticts and run fits, okay. But you've got to give him credit on what he did well or it's meaningless to me. Far too much extreme negativity from a bunch of idiots on here. Clark had a good game overall vs. UCLA.

There is no helping you. Clark played piss poor. The number of tackles means absolutely nothing.
