It's ok. Vanilla Ice said he will not transfer, and the coaching staff feels the same way. I still believe him. He's an insider.

Marcel would be a big loss for anyone in the country. Seems like you would do what you have to to keep him, imo. He's that good of a talent.

You can’t let 1 player hold you hostage, if you do that, it would make a mockery out of Os vision. Everyone has to play by the same rules.

There’s more to the story than just wanting to go home. He wasn’t well like by his teammates he had a different personality and not much of a work ethic so I can see how that would run some people the wrong way. Someone said he may not have been eligible if he stayed at LSU but I have no idea if that’s true.

I saw him more of a situational pass rusher and waiting to take over for Stevens in the lb/safety role. I think BJO takes over the situational pass rusher role and Lee slides into the Stevens coverage lb role. You lose a versatile piece but the players you have are good enough to be elite in more traditional roles.
