For those that have been to the CWS before how did you purchase tickets. I see that someone can buy single game tickets now but if someone is wanting to see a certain team there is, of course, no way to know which games to purchase??

In 09 we went thru ticketmaster on our phones and were able to find 4 together for every LSU game with no problem. The key was to hit it as soon as you knew the day and time of the next LSU game. Maybe things have changed now, I don't know.

Buy a GA ticket book for cheap and go to any game you want.

It’s all scalpers at Omaha. Don’t fret about tickets. You will be able to buy tickets. The tickets are the lowest cost aspect associated with Omaha.

Nope. They did away with GA tickets a couple years ago. All seats in the stadium are by section and seat number. The year State won the title I had outfield tickets by seat and section that I sold to a State fan.

To contribute to this thread…I went up last year with the only pre purchased ticket being to the Hogs first game. During the 7th inning of our beat down of Stanford, I then purchased a ticket for the second game, which was on Monday.

My plan for all other games…I waited until about the 8th inning of previous game to purchase tickets for those…as in, for the Arkansas/Stanford game, I grabbed tickets two rows behind the Ole Miss dugout for the Auburn/Ole Miss game for like $50. For the next day, I had paid for my parking ($10 in an all day garage 3 blocks from stadium purchased online) then waited about 30 minutes before first pitch of Texas/aTm and grabbed $45 ticket right behind home plate about 20 rows up.

So that’s how I did it last year. Bought Arkansas tickets ahead somewhat, then waited until last minute to get deals on all other games.
