The dimensions were fine at Rosenblatt because it was up on a bluff and the winds blew out. It was dumb to build the new stadium with the same dimensions as Rosenblatt with the stadium down in a hole and facing where the prevailing winds blow in. Really stupid to build the new field with the same dimensions as Rosenblatt when not a single other thing is reminiscent of the old park.

The dimensions had nothing to do with balls not leaving the yard. Did you watch the games?

I have an easy question for you. How many college parks are 410 to center and 375 in the alleys?

Couldn’t care less but I’m sure there are some 375 in the power alleys and 400 in center and that doesn’t take away from the fact that there would have been plenty more bombs if not for the wind.
