Maybe you don't know how cancer works. One day the kidneys pumping right along, but something changes. A growth is found that wasn't there before. No reason really. It happened.

Suddenly the kidney is not responding to treatment, and the situation is worsening. What next? Out comes the kidney! The body can still survive, but now the cancer won't spread.

Seems like the LSU cancer has spread, and it's time to remove something... Players, coaches???? Not sure, because I'm not the doctor, Miles is.
