So, what's the verdict from musick?
since my thread was whacked, it means 1 of 2 things
either people have footage and it implicates one side or the other (read: the people that GOT beat up, may be on tape starting it)
or people are just waiting to post it after this shite all goes down.
I'd guess the latter.

If these thugs were going to be suspended/kicked off, it would have been done by now
I heard that LSU + LSU mafia had hacked into you tube and deleted the vids. Next LSU + the LSU mafia found out the ip address of the people that posted them and hacked into those accounts too and erased the record. Then LSU + the LSU mafia sent hit squads to the houses of the people that had the vids and kidnapped them. The posters were tortured, their bodies chopped into little pieces and thrown into the Missippi River. Then LSU + the LSU mafia burned their houses down.
I'm sure you heard that too since you are up on all the inner workings of LSU + the LSU mafia.
BTW you better watch your back. You are next.

Regardless of what happened in the altercation, what was said, who started it, etc, LSU student athletes should have never broken curfew and shouldn't be involved in any altercations for any reason. To condone their behavior is sickining to me.

I'm sure some drunk had every intention of filming the fight but ended filming the arse of the coed standing in front of him.

Just because what we did to WVU last year should be illegal, doesnt mean you have to go all butthurt Marine mommy on the whole Tiger Rant. Deal with it, bitch.

Does anyone else find it a bit strange (Posted on 8/22/11 at 11:09 a.m.)
that in 2011, when EVERYONE has an HD video camera in their pocket in the form of a cell phone, that not one video of this incident has made it out anywhere? Hell...any time you hear about some bit of police brutality reported in the news, one YouTube search provides multiple angles of said event. And given that there was/are no shortage of people popping up all over claiming to have either been there or knowing someone who was if there was footage there would have been no reason not to have posted it that night or the next morning.
Not really suggesting anything with this...just seems a bit odd that a bunch of college students standing around watching what has been alleged to have been a small to large group of LSU Football players in a fight with another group of college students would not have reached into a pocket or purse and filmed what was going on

You some kind of dumbass?
I'm a Pitt fan. I hate WVU.
I'm also an LSU season ticket holder, so don't claim I'm biased against LSU.
The fact that you + others are defending LSU student athletes, who are held to a higher standard than the student body, when they were a fact out past curfew and involved at an altercation at a place they should have never been is disturbing.

You know what's sickening to me, that by now you still are being willfully ignorant to the fact that breaking curfew on this particular night was tradition.
Now go do what Nico asked you to do...

1) We don't know which football player were in the fight. JJ is obviously the most recognizable, so he could have just been mentioned off hand as being there. I don't know
2) not wanting the wrong player to be suspended doesn't me we condone their actions. Also frick the breaking curfew thing, you don't suspend someone for that.
3) bar fights happen they are rarely one sided, and honestly people are acting like they were put into critical condition, and weren't released the same day by the hospital.
I neither condone nor condemn them until something substantial is reported to the public

I saw you selling WVU tix on the T. exchange, so i assumed you were from there. And if you are so fricking dense, that you wont hear this story out before making your rash judgments on the "thugs", then i dont give a damn if you have season tickets. Im all for justice, but right now that seems to be pretty vague.

Nico,
Wrong again. I've never sold WVU tickets in my life.
My profile clearly shows I'm a Pitf fan also.
If you would listen, you would see I'm not rushing to condemn anyone. I could care less the severity of the fight.
All I'm saying is that they broke team rules by being at the bar past curfew + also regardless of what this marine said or did to them, they should have never touched the kid. Like they have to do on the football field, they should have been the bigger man and walked away.

I hate that the marines are getting dragged into this. Does it make a difference if the kid was a marine or not either way? If they start punching marines in Iraq then we have a security issue, but if your at a bar and get into a fight, the other guy shouldn't be crucified if he kicks your arse.

You can't be serious? First, he wasn't a kid. Second, while in theory it sounds wonderful, but if someone punched you, you wouldn't instinctively punch back?
Are you Ghandi?
