I would wait for the video to say that but many people here would if it shows what the OP is suggesting.

I wonder what the play clock in the stadium was. It was definitely .02 on the CST broadcast when they showed Miles telling them to clock it then it went to .01 right before the play. TT was down with .04 on the clock but it ran down to .01 which is a damn shame. If we are going by the Notre Dame vs. USC rules, there should be .04 on the clock

I was there, and I never saw the clock stopped with more than 1 second. Maybe it should have been stopped with 2 or 3 seconds or reviewed, but they definitely didn't stop the clock then run a second off as the players were running down the field as it appeared on CST.

Well yea we should have had 2 seconds. That's when the ref blew his whistle. But whatever.
