He doesn't want people to judge him based on the terrible production.

I watched the ohio state game yesterday.
It disagrees as well as the announcers calling it.

I think he is referring to the philosophy of not coming out and attacking. Just be conservative and keep it close. Win a nailbiter. Basically he is saying that was what Miles wanted.

Sad thing is that some dumb asses actually think it was his offense!!
ALL Les and the fact that we had the worst qb in America!!

no matter what, the head coach has final say on what his team does, so crowton could be right, maybe its les miles that needs to be question on how the offense was ran!

He's not saying the problems were not his offense, he's saying the offense we ran was not his.

maybe he should stop putting OC on his resume then and change his title to "Football Consultant"

i wouldn't want to claim a shitty offense either. However..his past doesn't lie

He has no one to blame but himself not developing qbs. Miles will let er rip if he has faith in his qbs-2006 2007. Yes there are a few exceptions AU 2006 but then you can watch the sugar bowl.

ETA: Formation and play wise it was all crowton see the pistol. Philosophy may have been dictated by miles but Ill take that philosophy as it seems to actually be dictated by our players talents-JR and bowe-throw it. Ridley and JJ-run the damn ball

The philosophy that Coach Miles had was to be good on defense, be good on special teams and win it in the fourth quarter

This team runs Les's offense only. Play it close, win it late.

seems like someone with that mentality would be a little more clock savvy . ...

maybe he should write a book like Lou Tepper on the awesomeness of his offense schemes.
