Could Nuss shut it down and get an injury redshirt?

If possible then might have to think about it.

Watch his throwing motion last year vs this year. He’s trying to torque the ball more with his arm this year, which is consistent with a serious abdominal injury.

I'd prefer not.

He didn't make any improvements from his 4k yard season last year till now. Not real sure what else or how else he can improve.

No, his time here is over.

You can’t win consistently in modern college football with a QB that can’t move and makes poor decisions about where to throw the ball.

Why did you think he would make the jump? Do you know Nuss had a 57% completion against SEC opponents until Vanderbilt? His deep ball accuracy was mid 30% for most of the year until OK and Baylor.

Alot of people looked at Nuss through purple and gold sunglasses instead of his large body of work.

Raise your hand if you thought Nuss was amazing after Ole Miss last year?
The whole reason he had to make those 2 throws to end the game, was because he started the game 1-9 and missed every throw over 25 yards until the end.

I guess looking through my purple and gold glasses, I figured he would get some solid coaching and my some improvements.

Why would he? He is a first rounder on all the draft boards. Right now I am sure he just wants to go pro.

Not anymore, I can promise you. There’s enough tape to prove his deep ball accuracy is terrible, and it appears he’s lost his intermediate throw capability.

He’s going to drop like a rock

Stop with the coaching excuses. You can lead a horse to water, doesn't mean it'll drink.

Nuss is still making the same mistakes he made 3 years ago. These are all habits. Him throwing off his backfoot? Habit. Throwing into double or triple coverage? Habit. Him not running the ball when he has easy yardage? Habit. Him throwing the deep ball on first down thats covered instead of the checkdown for a few yards? Habit. Him throwing to the check down on 3rd and long instead of throwing one up? Habit.

Ok, so nobody answered my question. Can yall not see that the guy’s throwing motion this year is significantly hobbled?

He’s hurt. So can someone answer my question?
