Could LSU run a lot of flexbone this year?

I'm wondering if we might see a heavy dose of this formation with T. Quinn and L. Fournette in the SB positions. Could even mix it up and put the SB in motion into a triple option and this could be unstoppable with our personnel.

No. That's not a type of offense you can just sprinkle into the gameplan
To be successful with it, you have to be a well oiled machine timing wise and that takes a LOT of practice
Plus it makes no sense when you have mammoth Lineman. That offense is built to disguise the weaknesses of a smaller offensive line

Maybe but it would take some time. Even with Coach Cam's expertise, it would take some time to instill this into the offense.

Not gonna happen. Have a better chance of running the spread option.

Good point. This O line was designed for some trench battles. Pound the ball and show the opposing defense who is stronger.

You don't have to be a coach to know it won't happen or at the very least to have common football sense.

This ... plus due to the timing required, it can be a high risk, high reward offense.

I see what you're seeing but without having done it extensively during spring ball, this offense would fail, mightily. Triple option offenses are very specific to timing. They would turn the ball over left and right.
It would hurt LSU recruiting. Players want to play where their nfl chances are highest. Triple option, not as much. Many current players would probably be less than thrilled at the completely different direction of the O.

Replace a receiver for a TE, move one of the SB's to HB and run the wing T!!!!
