He does remind me a little of Joseph Addai.

I think Hilliard is more suited for the slot.

With our offense moving to more of a spread out passing game, I hope we can use him in a similar role to the way Auburn uses Mcaleb- speed sweeps and screens.

With Shep, OBJ, J Landry,K Boone, A Johnson and possibly C Patterson, I think we are pretty set at WR. With Mett slinging the ball around to these guys, I think our offense is going to roll next year!

Guy has a great up side and if he has the skill set to switch; I believe it gives us another weapon out of the slot. Blue is a tremendous athlete and anything that would give him more touches only helps our offense.

I don't think you "move him" to the slot position, but a good offensive coordinator would find ways to motion him into the slot to show the hand of the defense and get him in favorable matchups with linebackers in space.

Not exactly his strong suit. Not hating on him, but he relies on his speed to find space. He definitely makes it work for him.

I wondered the same thing about McGee.

McGee is only 5-11 and Blue is 6-2. I really don't know either 40 time. But Blue seems to have enough speed to create space in open territory. The team needs a new identity. The saints and the Patriots know how to use all of their skill players including tight ends. Why can't we have a team that can run more than 4 plays in the next national championship game? And use more than 1 player to beat our opponent?

Passing game? What is this passing game that you speak of?

not when you have 4 and 5 star recruits already at wr. and i think blue is our best back. maybe ford. but kenny is coming.

You could have 10 5 stars at every position but it doesn't do any good if they are not included in the game plan except to block. There will be a tremendous log jam at running back this year with 6 quality running backs. Other than OBJ, what other proven receiver is on the team? We had RR and he wasted away the back half of this season. I know that we are suppose to have a passing game this year. But the same players were here already and not used.

Move ware to FB and give his carries to KH, Ford, and Blue.

I would rather see Blue switch to LB if he had to switch but RB depth is so important in this conference that I have no problems with him sticking at RB.

Blue averages over 5 carries per game. I doubt he would get more touches than that converting to WR
