Ol' Billy Blue balls is choosing to follow LSU as his college team this year on his podcast. For Burr fans like myself this is awesome.
He talks college football around the 4 minute mark.

Burr has followed LSU since at least 2011. He chose them a while ago.
But yeah, it is cool.
ETA: On his Thursday Afternoon Just Before Friday podcast the second half is from an older show. Turns out they have been from 2011 for a while now, so I'm waiting to hear him talking about the 2011 run every Thursday during the second half as it took place. Should be fun. Then I'll just skip the NCG one...

Do you watch college football?
Yep. Which is why I don’t watch pro football on Saturday—because I’m watching college football. I’m a big fan of the SEC. I follow the LSU Tigers, kind of my adopted team. But I like rooting against Alabama, even though I like Alabama. They’ve just won so much it’s fun.
Why’d you pick up LSU as your team?
I like the head coach, Les Miles. I like that he goes for it on fourth downs and calls trick plays and he’s eating grass. A lot of his decisions in critical moments are the stuff the people in the upper deck used to yell when I was young. Like, "Go for it!" or "Fake punt!" All that shite that gets you fired? He actually goes out and does it. So he’s fun to watch.

Bill Burr went to the LSU/Bama 2012 game and he said it put the Boston/Yankee Baseball rivalry to shame. He said the fans on both sides were awesome. He said it was awesome, he got shitfaced and the passion of LSU fans was contagious and he started talking shite to Bama fans too early and was crushed when they lost in the end.
