The Negatrolls probably got a training video from the shadow staff. They have logarithms on what comebacks to any logical and positive post. They enter it in their web based portal and out spits the comeback. It is conceivable to program a Ukrainian or Indonesian bot (one of the biggest spam server farms is in Djarkata). Don't think they use that but they could......
