Dude, JJ avgs 2 throws a game.
In all hoensty, how can any person make any assumpiton with such little action to go by?
I do think he looks pretty similar outside the pocket, though.
quote:that's a pretty important aspect of the game. Lee reads a defense and understands tendencies much better this season. He makes decisive throws, which is something he didn't do all the time before... even last year.
JL said himself that the biggest help SK has been is he taught him how to properly study game film.
This season, Lee is a beast. I couldn't be more proud of the way he has hung in there and worked hard. And now it's all showing out on the field.
What a season!

Yeah Id say that properly studying game film is a priority.

You really cant give JL enough credit. What other kid would have stuck it out the way he did and not only stayed at LSU but he also stayed positive through it all. Never bitched or whined. Even worked really hard the last 2 years to get himself in great shape. I really believe the example he sets has more of an effect on the team than even his play. You couldnt ask for a better leader for the underclassmen to learn from.

Im 6'5". I have stood right next to both Qbs. Im just a little bit taller then Jefferson but Lee is at least 3" shorter then me.

Wouldn't be shocking if he was. You believe every height and weight provided are accurate?

No way.
I'm 6'3. I've been next to JJ and it feels like he towers over me. He's got to be 6'5.

Well done J. Lee!
Finally getting those props from the media he deserves!

It just seems like Jefferson runs too quickly from the pocket without giving the pass play time to develop. How is it that he has only one less sack than Lee all season (4 for Lee, 3 for Jefferson)? Jefferson is the "mobile" QB, yet Lee has only been sacked one more time with 15x the attempts Jefferson has this year?
That's my biggest (really my only) problem with Jefferson getting playing time every week. But as long as LSU keeps winning, I'm good with whatever is working at the time.

I think its bc JJ panics. If his primary reciever is covered its over, tuck and TRY to run.

JL as the starting QB has been rewarding for the Tigers this season. JJ coming back gives extra depth and that's about all. Yes he threw a nice pass in the game last week. He still only looks to one reciever and when running the option hardly ever looks to see if the running back is open. And if it at the goal line he will never pitch back.

JL gets rid of the ball. Most of the time it is on time when the receiver is open but if he detects the slightest pressure he gets rid of it.
JJ has been sacked 3 times but I can only remember one that was a pass play. Are you sure the other 2 weren't runs?

So that's why over the last three games he's been lights out? With over the last three games he’s completed 34-of-47 passes (72%) with six touchdowns and no picks.
Because he panics under pressure?
Careful, your agenda is showing again.
