Put him in because he deserves to be in—there is no ‘letting’ him in. Those victories should be reinstated.

Les Miles was lucky to win the 2007 National Title & cost LSU 2 more. Without LSU's resources, LM is an average coach at best.

Why'd Saban only play for one here? Why couldn't swamp monster maintain the program at a high level? Why hasn't BK won anything of significance here?
Les was elite here, and there's really no arguing it. He had no interest in keeping up with the changes in the game leading to him being let go, but you really cannot argue the on field results. He was cursed by Saban coming back to the same division.

I would argue most coaches that win a National Championship are lucky. Nick Saban was lucky for more than 1 of his championships, especially the 2011-12 championship where he was granted a rematch vs LSU, a team he already lost to in his home stadium.
If Saban doesn't "luck" into that rematch, we are having an entirely different conversation about Les Miles because he would have put together one of the most impressive seasons in college football history with an SEC Championship (wins over #2 Bama and #3 Arkansas and multiple other ranked SEC teams) and wins over the Pac 12 Champ (#3 Oregon), Big East Champ (#16 WVU), and what should have been a win over Big 12 Champ (#2 Oklahoma State).

Is Brian Kelly HOF worthy? As of today. Personally I believe he’s close but if he wins a title at LSU it’s a no brainer.

Kelly's already a no brainer.
The following coaches are already in the Hall of Fame and I'd argue Kelly is better than them:
Mark Dantonio
Frank Solich
Paul Johson
Mark Richt
Gary Pinkel
Frank Beamer
Bill Snyder
Mike Bellotti
Barry Alvarez

Les deserved criticism, but he had success that deserves to be recognized. Plus he was a fun interview…

Thanks for posting the picture. Something about it looks odd to me, sort of stiff.
