There's no evidence from that pic proving who the bartender is that served the shots. They better hope they weren't rung up on the computers.

If he is an employee there it doesn’t really matter, he didn’t stop it knowing who he was, instead he documented that he knew who he was and that he was drinking at a place he’s employed at as a drink server.
