I get it they deserve some criticism but all this talk about firing them is a little ridiculous. Everyone is acting like bama had to excellent elaborate gameplan which in my opinion they did not at all. I am a firm believer in players have to make plays at some point.

who picked these players? who’s job is it to get them ready to play? they’re 18-22 the coaches are into their 50’s and 60’s.

The road goes both ways. Our talent on field is not at the LSU standard, but whose responsibility is it to get talent to campus?

Which makes it even more alarming that we couldn't stop it with 2 weeks to prepare.

Everyone in the stadium knew the quarterback was going to run. Competent coaching would have said we can't let him beat us, and would figure out a scheme to at least slow him down.

Also, I think it was time to play the back up quarterback for a series or two just to see what would happen. Nuss sure wasn't getting it done.

Coaching failed on both sides of the ball. Improvement should be required.

We were constantly out of position to contain Milroe and the D-line, and while overmatched in the first half, they had their manhood ripped from them while completely shitting the bed in the second half (for the second straight game).

It was the exact opposite when Bama played Vanderbilt. And there is no way in hell the talent gap between LSU and Bama up front is larger than that of Vandy and Bama

We either had an extremely shitty game plan or the group of 15-18 guys who comprise the core of the defense are functionally illiterate to the point they were unable to grasp and execute simple containment concepts in two weeks of prep. It was so bad on Saturday, I think it is safe to assume it was a combination of both.

The players deserve some blame

But to anyone that’s not just a casual fan it’s clearly obvious that about 80% of this failure is on coaching
