Not really, the talent is lacking and if he doesn't do something in the 3 years he has he will be gone. He doesn't have the luxury of waiting.

The really sad part is that he's seemingly just becoming aware of the depth issues. Shouldn't this have been part of the roster evaluation process as soon as he got the job? Especially since he's been on staff a couple years now
