He gave us 2019. He deserves to be appreciated for that.

But he's never done anything remotely like that before... ever, and right afterwards, it all went away. It was his one moment. Otherwise. he's been terrible as a head coach. Recruiting isn't the same as it was. Those skills likely don't matter anymore. I sure hope he really is a decent DL coach because he can be toxic.

Like Curley Hallman without Bret Favre, O had Burrow, Chase and Jefferson. Without them, O was not great. COVID, and BLM/Ryan Clarke helped finish him off.

That said, I would be ok with him as DL Coach, if that makes Lane happy.

I stll blame him for hiring Brad Davis. He can come coach DL ONLY if Kyle Williams leaves.

Why excactly? Was the weakness of our defense by far. Safeties were making way too many tackles on runners the entire year
