I just hope and pray that we come ready to play with a good game plan. We can’t just run it right at them. Joe, pass protection, and WRs must have a solid outing.

People who make it to the top in very, very competitive fields do not need extra reasons to want to win. They are competitive by nature.
Players and coaches will "use" anything they can. But, none of them need this "I have to prove..." silliness. Each tries to be his best and that is how they get to be players and coaches at places like LSU. They sometimes FAIL at it. But, it isn't because they didn't have enough external motivation.

Why do people think that Jimbo is some all time great coach? He is a very good coach but to think he is going to build some kind of unbeatable machine at A&M is ridiculous. They will be good and so will LSU and it will be a fight every year but no reason to thinks LSU can’t win every game.
