Was good while it lasted, but ready to see some OL with jerseys that can cover their bellies and DBs that aren’t 165lbs soaking wet

This sends a message that it is a clean sweep. The good ole boys club has ended. It was a magical run from Miles to CEO and will cherish it forever.

Buts its time for an entire new regime. I’m not expecting 6 rings like Saban, but the same respect as a program. This is Woodward’s vision. I’m ready to embrace it.

I get what you’re saying but I’m gonna be legit pissed if he lets Corey walk.

We all love Cory. But it’s gonna be ok.

CBK is gonna build a program that is respected beyond wins and losses. We will win a lot games during his rebuild and even more when he’s done.

It sucks, but it was time. There's no easy way but to jist rip the band-aid off. I don't know if it was O or Moffitt, but the team hasn't looked the same for years. I want to go back to how we looked on D under Miles. Dudes looked like thoroughbreds laying hits.

Thanks Moffitt you were a part of the OGs that laid the framework for what LSU is today. Think it was his time to go, team hasn’t seemed fit for a couple of years now so many injuries too.

Appreciate all he did for LSU.

This doesn't automatically mean he is done with LSU altogether. He could conceivably be assigned to another sport if everyone is on board with it. Moffitt is more of a "department" employee than a "football-specific" employee.

I am not saying he’s done in this field, but if he never worked Again, he could really hang his hat up with pride for what he has accomplished. Thank you.

TYFYS Moffitt. You'll always be a Tiger and an integral part of 3 national titles. Any good thing that has a beginning eventually has an end. Just know that you'll be remembered fondly.

It does seem like Moffitt had somehow lost his magic touch in recent years and it was definitely time for him to step aside.

However, his past contributions to LSU’s successes were outstanding.

2012 I was injured on my 3rd deployment to Afghanistan and was recovering from a couple of surgeries.
I was still active duty but contemplating putting in the work to get back to what I was doing, or just getting out. I reached out to Coach Moffitt on social media for some adaptive workouts while I recovered. Coach sent me his personal cell and invited me to come meet with him on campus.

Standup man, father, and coach, I wish him the best going forward.

Thank you for service and sacrifice. Your informative and kind words about Coach Moffitt are much appreciated. Not all of us fans have such inside knowledge or perspective.

Go Tigers!

3 rings and ten years from Kelly would be a nice way to spend the 2020’s.

At the start of the year even the oline said they were out of shape, there is no excuse for that, if nothing else the team should be in amazing shape at start of season at a place like lsu and that just hasn't been the case the last few years

The first thing Kelly saw is probably the lack of toughness on the team and the insane amount of injuries over the past couple of years. Can't let something like that continue to go on.
