Not saying anyone should be undefeated playing only Top 25 teams, but how is that not padding against nobodies? I'm an absolute college sports nut, and know many obscure schools, those schools in my main list I've never heard of and I would bet a pretty hefty sum that the majority of folks on here couldn't even begin to name one thing about them.

It's the same thing as Duke playing UNC-Asheville or FAU. Or any college playing weaker teams out of conference. If that's the case then you have to say that every team in the nation pads their records.

I kept thinking this last night during the game. Defense is such an issue right now, and it really shouldn't be. It's obvious this team is trying to learn how to be a consistently good team, and they'll have to work through it.

this is just a stupid post. go look at north texas' history and you'll see just how horrible that program was. I don't remember the exact number, but it seems like they only had around 5 winning seasons in their history before he got there.

I used to go to quite a number of UL Lafayette games (Sun Belt) and North Texas always fielded a very tough team.
