I thought since Brady left, Ensminger was going to go back to falling asleep in his spit cup during games.

The majority of the time they cut to the booth, E is calling plays.

Never seen him look disinterested at all.

I don’t think you should read to much into it, because there’s still a lot of time before that first game snap, but him mentioning Ty Davis first probably tells you their initial thoughts about the running backs.
