That's the kinda in-depth, non-biased analysis I come to the rant for

If they do, we lose. Plain and simple. LSU has to limit Auburn to 24 or less, I think, AND avoid at all cost going to overtime.

I'm not trying to put you down but do you recall 2008? UF and UG kicked our arse.

This is not 2008. This is 2010. We will not lose to anyone by 3 tds this year.

Wow, if they score 24 or more we lose. I don't think there is anything plain and simple about that. We have playmakers on our offense. Avoid overtime. Valuable insight. Thanks.

I would say that is fairly accurate...

And you and CNNSI certainly have the right to be complete maroons.

UNC put up 24 Florida 29 and Auburn as a much better offense than either of them, so why couldn't they get more than 29?

I predicted 38-20 Auburn earlier in the week FWIW

Mandel, who is normally pretty accurate, is predicting AU by 13 points...

Don't forget every analyst in America thought we had no chance at Florida either, so don't get worried about what they have to say

Many picked LSU as well so the every statement is a exaggeration

The only sportscaster I've seen who thinks LSU has a decent chance to beat Auburn is Lou Holtz, and Mark "Mayday" Day laughed at him. Sad.

Auburn has a shitty defense. We will be playing Lee alot and put way more than 17 points on them.

I believe it is way more realistic for their prediction to be reversed. Cam Newton is their whole offense and we have a well rounded defense to hold him in check.

FWIW, We straight abused AU's defense with Jefferson last year and they haven't gotten any better.

Hopefully LSU doesn't gift-wrap short-field possessions or turn over the ball period. That's the only way they keep Au under 30 IMO.

I think the defense will keep us in the game, and we'll have enough offense to keep things a lot closer than that.

Maybe they are seeing something that I am not allowing myself to see because of my love for LSU.

Or maybe they are wrong. Guess we will find out tomorrow.
